1. In Outlook 365, Click Files
2. Click Account Settings
3. Put in your Cloudnetworks email (eg: name@company.com.au), Expand "Advanced Options", Tick "Let me Setup manually", Click Connect
4. Choose "Exchange 2013 or erlier"
5. A security prompt will come up, Put in your username and password, NOTE: username is not email address. It is the username you use to login to Cloud Webmail, in most cases it is firstname.lastname
6. Outlook will add the mailbox
7. Outlook will ask how much local data you would like to copy, select the least amount as we will export to .pst
8. Account successfully added
9. Restart Outlook and you shall see the added mailbox
