How to adjust your email sync settings for iOS (iPhone & iPad)

Are you trying to find older emails on your iPhone or iPad but they are not showing, though when looking in Outlook on the computer all the history is there? If this sounds about right then watch the video or follow the steps below to adjust your email sync settings on your iPhone or iPad. 

 

 

The Steps

  1. Click Settings
  2. Scroll and click on Accounts & Passwords 

  3. Find your email account, this would be your Cloud Networks Exchange hosted mailbox
  4. Click on it from the available list
  5. Then click on the second to the bottom Mail Days to Sync
  6. Adjust this setting as preferred
  7. Once done close out of Settings and try the Mail App
  8. Review your folders and see if you can find all the older emails
