Checking the status of an add-in
- Within Outlook click “File”
- Click “Options”
- Click “Add-ins”
- You can now see and review all the Add-ins and their status
- There are 3 types of statuses
- Active = Working
- Inactive = Potentially not working
- Disabled = Definitely not working

Enabling a disabled add-in
In the example below we will be enabling the “Macroview DMF” Add-in from both Disabled and Inactive states.
- Within Outlook click “File”
- Click “Options”
- Click “Add-ins”
- At the base of the page you will see “Manage”, use the drop down and select “Disabled Items” and click “Go…”
- Select the disabled items (Marco View DMF) from the list and click “Enable”.
- Click “Close”.
- The MarcoView DMF Add-in is now active and ready to use!
Enabling a Inactive add-in
- Within Outlook click “File”
- Click “Options”
- Click “Add-ins”
- At the base of the page you will see “Manage”, use the drop down and select “COM Add-ins” and click “Go…”
- Check the box of the Add-in you would like to activate (MarcoView DMF).
- Click “OK”.
- The MarcoView DMF Add-in is now active and ready to use!
