How to use the Files Portal - Create a new folder


This article will teach you how to Create a new folder from within the Files Portal, either check out the video or written steps below.


Create a new folder

  1. Login to the Files Portal 
  2. Click on the Create New Folder icon.
  3. This will bring up a dialog prompting for a folder name.
  4. Replace the default text “New Folder” with the name of the folder you want to create
    e.g. DemoFolder.
  5. Click OK and the new folder will be created.
