How to change your Cloud Networks Account Password

Follow
  1. Login to the Portal as per normal.
  2. Click on the Settings button next to Log Off

  3. Click Change Password.
  4. This will bring up the “CHANGE PASSWORD” dialog.
  5. Fill out the following details:
    Old password: The password you currently use.
    New password: The new password you want to use.
    Confirm Password: Retype your new password.
  6. Click Save to commit the changes.
  7. Done

 

If email is setup on a mobile device or in Outlook you may get prompted to enter in the new password.
