How to setup email in Outlook 2016 – Windows 7

The Steps:

  1. Open Control Panel (Start menu > Control Panel
  2. Click View by, choose Large icons

  3. Select Mail (32-bit)

  4. Click E-mail Accounts…

  5. In the ACCOUNT SETTINGS dialog click New…
  6. In the Add Account dialog, select E-mail Account
  7. Fill in ALLdetails and click “Next”.

                Your name: <type your name here>

                E-mail Address: <The email address provided to you by Cloud Networks>

                Password: <The email address password provided to you by Cloud Networks>

  8. If prompted for your credentials click Use another account
  9. Enter your credentials:
    1. Username: Hotsite\your cloud networks username (eg HOTSITE\username)
    2. Password: The password provided to you by Cloud Networks to enable access to your email account.
  10. Tick Remember my credentials
  11. Click OK
  12. Click Finish on the Congratulations! Your email account was successfully configured and is ready to use window.

  13. Outlook 2016 is now configured for Exchange Email on Windows 7
