How to restart your CloudDesk

If your CloudDesk session starts playing up you can easily restart the session.
Check out the video or written instructions below.

 

The Steps:

  1. Login to the Portal
  2. On the main screen, hover over the Cloud Desktop icon.

  3. The link Problem Connecting? will appear below the icon.

  4. Click Problem Connecting? and click Restart in the “WARNING” dialog.

  5. Your Cloud Desktop will now restart, as indicated on the screen this can take a few minutes.

  6. Your Cloud Desktop has restarted and is ready to used again.
