If your CloudDesk session starts playing up you can easily restart the session.
Check out the video or written instructions below.
- Login to the Portal
- On the main screen, hover over the Cloud Desktop icon.
- The link Problem Connecting? will appear below the icon.
- Click Problem Connecting? and click Restart in the “WARNING” dialog.
- Your Cloud Desktop will now restart, as indicated on the screen this can take a few minutes.
- Only perform this restart once and wait 5 min, if you still have issues with your CloudDesk contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org
- Your Cloud Desktop has restarted and is ready to used again.
