How to restart your CloudDesk

If your CloudDesk session starts playing up you can easily restart the session.
Check out the video or written instructions below.

 

The Steps:

  1. Browse to https://www.cloudnetworks.com.au/
  2. Hover your mouse on "Login". Select an appropriate login page.mceclip0.png
  3. After logging into your account, locate the Cloud Desktop icon.

  4. Expand the drop down menu by clicking the point-down arrow. Click Restart.

  5. Click Restart in the “WARNING” dialog.

  6. Your Cloud Desktop will now restart, this can take a few minutes.
    • Only perform this restart once and wait 5 min, if you still have issues with your CloudDesk give us a call on 1300 208 155 or flick us an email via support@cloudnetworks.com.au
