If your CloudDesk session starts playing up you can easily restart the session.
Check out the video or written instructions below.
- Browse to https://www.cloudnetworks.com.au/
- Hover your mouse on "Login". Select an appropriate login page.
- After logging into your account, locate the Cloud Desktop icon.
- Expand the drop down menu by clicking the point-down arrow. Click Restart.
- Click Restart in the “WARNING” dialog.
- Your Cloud Desktop will now restart, this can take a few minutes.
- Only perform this restart once and wait 5 min, if you still have issues with your CloudDesk give us a call on 1300 208 155 or flick us an email via firstname.lastname@example.org
